(001206.SZ) announced that the company held the 11th meeting of the 3rd board of directors and the 11th meeting of the 3rd board of supervisors on December 29, 2023 to review and pass the “Proposal on Terminating Part of the Fund-raising Project and Permanently Supplementing Liquidity”, to terminate the initial public offering of shares to raise capital “Health Materials and Disposable Hygiene Products Production Project - Health Care Materials Project”, and will raise the remaining capital of RMB 20.5271 million (including cumulative financial management income and bank deposits) Interest income is net of bank fees, etc. (The final amount is based on the actual balance of the bank account on the day the funds are transferred out of the bank account after maturity and redemption of the wealth management product) Permanent supplementary working capital for the company's daily business activities.
