Gelonghui, December 29丨Jiajin Investment International (00310.HK) announced that all conditions contained in the placement agreement have been fulfilled and that the placement was completed on December 29, 2023. The convertible notes with a total principal amount of HK$4 million have been successfully placed by the placement agent.
The net proceeds will be approximately HK$3.7 million, of which HK$2.7 million will be used as general working capital and HK$1 million for future investments in listed securities in line with the company's investment goals.
