Gelonghui, December 29 | Yuanxiang New Materials (301300.SZ) announced that on December 28, 2023, the company held the 13th meeting of the 3rd board of directors and the 12th meeting of the 3rd board of supervisors respectively to review and pass the “Proposal on Terminating Some Fund-raising Projects and Permanently Supplementing Liquidity”.
