- Osisko Development (NYSE:ODV) said on Thursday chief operating officer Luc Lessard will step at the end of 2023.
- According to ODV, Lessard will depart from the company to assume the role of president and chief executive officer of Falco Resources (OTCPK:FPRGF).
- The company said it had appointed board member Éric Tremblay as interim COO.
- ODV added it had commenced the search process to evaluate potential external and internal candidates for the role of COO.
- The company said Lessard will remain available in an advisory capacity as an external consultant.
- ODV also announced the departure of Chris Pharness, vice president, sustainable development.
