Zhitong Finance App News, Dazhong Financial Holdings (00626) announced that from January 1, 2024, Mr. Chen Yuguang will retire as the company's executive director, CEO and co-secretary, and he will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative in accordance with section 3.05 of the Listing Rules and the Company Regulations; Mr. Zhong Yanqiang will be appointed as the company's CEO and transferred from a non-executive director to an executive director.
