Gelonghui, December 28, 丨 Cangzhou Pearl (002108.SZ) announced that the company and its subsidiary Cangzhou Donghong Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. (“Donghong Packaging”) and the Cangzhou Yunhe District Housing Expropriation Service Center (“Housing Expropriation Center”) signed the “Dongsu Pearl and Environmental Resources Company Factory Housing Expropriation Monetary Compensation Agreement” in Cangzhou on December 28, 2023. Cangzhou Pearl and Donghong Packaging and Housing Expropriation Center reached an agreement on relevant expropriation compensation matters. The total amount of expropriation compensation is RMB 173 million. The compensation method is monetary compensation.
The assets expropriated this time are land and houses in the Dongsu area of the company located north of Xinhua West Road, south of Xiping Road, west of Wulin Avenue, and east of Qiushi Avenue in Yunhe District of Cangzhou City. The land area is 31,536 square meters, with a construction area of 20,290.47 square meters; the expropriated assets of Donghong Packaging are located north of Xinhua West Road, south of Xiping Road, west of Wulin Avenue and east of Qiushi Avenue. The land area is 16,121.98 square meters. 14,429.98 square meters.
