Gelonghui, December 28, 丨 Tibet Mining (000762.SZ) announced that on December 28, 2023, the company held the 15th interim meeting of the 7th board of directors and the 9th interim meeting of the 7th board of supervisors to review and pass the “Proposal on Closing the Fundraising Project and Permanently Supplementing Liquidity with Funds Raised from Savings”, agreed to the completion of the company's 2016 non-public fundraising project “Southern Chromite Mining Project of the Robsha I and II Mining Group”, and the savings raised will be 145.684 million yuan (including accumulated bank interest received.
