Gelonghui, December 28, 丨 Beijing Culture (000802.SZ) announced that in order to optimize the asset structure and supplement operating capital, the company held the 13th meeting of the 8th board of directors on December 27, 2023 to review and pass the “Proposal on Transferring Partial Industrial Fund Shares”. The company plans to transfer the 70 million yuan pledged capital of the Xiamen Beiwen Fund (2.5% of the registered capital, already paid) and corresponding rights and obligations to Beijing Xinghe Quansheng Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Xinghe Quansheng” for short). After the transaction was transferred, the amount pledged by the company to the Xiamen Beiwen Fund was RMB 330 million (actual payment amount was RMB 22,1714,300).
