Gelonghui, December 28 | Weifu Hi-Tech (000581.SZ) announced that in order to extend the post-processing business value chain, the holding subsidiary of Wuxi Weifu Hi-Tech Group Co., Ltd. (“Weifu Hi-Tech” or the “Company”), Wuxi Weifulida Catalytic Purifier Co., Ltd. (“Weifu Lida” for short), Shanghai Weiyi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Weiyi”) and Wuxi Weiyi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Wuxi Weiyi”) signed a “Joint Venture Agreement” on December 27, 2023. The establishment of Wuxi Zhuo was funded by monetary means Weigao Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial registration, “joint venture” for short). The initial registered capital of the joint venture was RMB 100 million, of which Shanghai Weiyi invested 51 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the registered capital; Weifulida invested 39 million yuan, accounting for 39% of the registered capital; and Weiyi of Wuxi invested 10 million yuan, accounting for 10% of the registered capital.
