Wuhai Qihuan signed the “Early Termination Agreement for PPP Project of Municipal Infrastructure Renovation Project in Haibowan District of Wuhai City” with the Haibowan District Public Utilities Development Center (formerly Wuhai Haibowan District Municipal Facilities Management Office) on December 26, 2023. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Wuhai Qihuan has received the final project payment of 11 million yuan from the Haibowan District Public Utility Development Center in Wuhai City.
