Gelonghui, December 27, 丨 China Apparel Holdings (01146.HK) announced that on December 27, 2023, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with Zhuhai Gree Financial Investment Management Co., Ltd. (“Gree Gold Investment”) and Zhuhai Credit Insurance Joint Investment Co., Ltd. (“Zhuhai Credit Insurance”). The parties concerned proposed the establishment of a partnership in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province to achieve good investment returns through direct equity investment and fund investment, etc., to obtain satisfactory investment returns for partners.
Gree Gold Investment or its subsidiary and Zhuhai Credit Insurance proposed to jointly establish a limited partnership (“Partnership 1") in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province; and the company or its subsidiary, Gree Gold Investment or its subsidiary and partnership 1 proposed to jointly establish a limited partnership (“Partnership 2") in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. Partnership 2 aims to achieve good investment returns and obtain satisfactory investment returns for partners through direct equity investment and fund investment models.
The Group is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture, marketing and sale of clothing and accessories in China, mainly menswear, and property development business. The board of directors is convinced that the implementation of the partnership agreement will give the Group an opportunity to access some industries and enterprises with future growth points, thereby creating favorable conditions for the transformation and development of the company's business.
