In order to seize industry development opportunities, implement the company's development strategy, and optimize capital structure, the company's holding subsidiary ESTON Intelligent Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (“ESTON Jiangsu Intelligence”) plans to introduce strategic investors General Technology High-end Equipment Industry Equity Investment (Tongxiang) Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“General Technology High-end Equipment Fund”) and National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund Co., Ltd. (“National Manufacturing Fund”) to increase capital by a total of 380 million yuan.
Among them, the General Technology High-end Equipment Fund invested 200 million yuan, and the National Manufacturing Fund invested 180 million yuan. With this capital increase, ESTON Jiangsu Intelligence added 148.994 million yuan in registered capital. The difference between the capital increase and the additional registered capital is included in the capital reserve.
According to the announcement, Eston Jiangsu Intelligence's capital increase introduced the General Technology High-end Equipment Fund and the National Manufacturing Fund.
