The company held the 32nd meeting of the 8th board of directors on December 26, 2023 to review and pass the “Proposal on Reducing the Registered Capital of China Railway Hefei New Transportation Industry Investment Co., Ltd.” to reduce the capital of the holding subsidiary China Railway Hefei New Transportation Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (“China Railway New Transportation”). All shareholders will reduce capital in the same proportion as their shareholding ratio. After the capital reduction is completed, the registered capital of China Railway New Transport will change from 10 million yuan to 50 million yuan.
