Gelonghui, December 24 | Hunan Development (000722.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign an “Equity Transfer Agreement” with Hunan Pharmaceutical Development Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (“Pharmaceutical Private Equity Fund Company”) to transfer 82.50% of the shares of the holding subsidiary Hunan Development Group Pension Industry Co., Ltd. (“Hunan Development Elderly Care”) to a pharmaceutical private equity fund company for 617.1 million yuan. Mr. Nie Qinghua, another shareholder of Hunan Development Pension, has lost the preferential purchase right of 82.50% of Hunan Development Pension's shares under the same conditions.
