The company's board of directors was informed by Zhou Zitao, the company's chairman, executive director and controlling shareholder. On December 22, 2023, Shining Icon (BVI) Limited (BVI) Limited (BVI) Limited (Shining Icon) and Sense One Limited (Sense One) (collectively, the “seller”), which are wholly owned by Zhou Zitao, signed a trading agreement with Capital Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (Capital Financial Holdings). The seller agreed to sell and the capital sector financial control (or (The celebrity on its behalf) agreed to acquire a total of 42.75 million shares of the company, which is equivalent to about 23.75% of the company's total issued share capital at the date of this announcement, at a cost of HK$0.68 per share.
