Glonghui December 22丨Guancheng Watch & Jewellery (00256.HK) announced that on December 22, 2023, the seller's International Famous Brand Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the buyer Xinjing International Limited entered into a share sale agreement. Accordingly, the seller agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to buy 5,000,000 Ebolu shares at HK$2.0 per share. The sale will be completed through OTC transactions at a cost of HK$10,000,000.
Following the sale, the seller owned 205,834,485 shares of Ebolu, equivalent to about 57.14% of Ebolu's issued share capital. Ebolu remains a subsidiary of the company.
