Following Wu Chengjian's resignation, the board of directors is pleased to announce that Ho Wai-lok has been appointed as the Group's company secretary, authorized representative of the company, and agent to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong in accordance with the Companies Ordinance, effective from December 22, 2023.
