On December 21, 2023, the buyer's company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guohua Big Data Group Holdings Limited, entered into an agreement. According to this, the buyer conditionally agreed to the acquisition, and the seller conditionally agreed to sell 33% of the issued shares of the target company Treasure Cart Holdings Limited, at a total cost of HK$70 million.
The announcement stated that by consolidating control over the target company and obtaining full ownership of it, the group will strengthen its influence on the target group's business direction and operations.
