(“Yunxin Investment”) and Huachuang Yunxin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and Huachuang Yunxin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. To ensure the smooth progress of the transaction, according to the “Share Transfer Agreement” agreement, within five working days after the initial payment by Yunxin Investment, the two sides jointly applied for processing the company's 23.18 million shares held by Wu Feizhou (7.00% of the company's total shares).
