(“Aerospace Jiangnan”) from the controlling shareholder Aerospace Jiangnan Group Co., Ltd. (“Aerospace Jiangnan”). Aerospace Science and Industry Group agreed that Tonglian Aerospace Industry Co., Ltd. (“Linquan Electric”), which belongs to Aerospace Jiangnan, will hold 45.9815% of Guizhou Aerospace Linquan Electric Co., Ltd. (“Linquan Electric”) No compensation for equity Transfer to Aerospace Jiangnan. The transfer reference date is December 31, 2022.
