Rice Bug Metaverse (08645) announced that on December 15, 2023, the company acquired all of the shares of Guangyuan Holdings Limited (Guangyuan Holdings) from Mr. Meng Jianqiang (Mr. Meng) at a cost of HK$50,000. Guangyuan Holdings holds Smart Digital Human Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Smart Digital Human) through Global Chase Trading Development Co., Ltd. (Chase Global). Costs are covered by the Group's internal resources.
