Dexin China (02019) announced that as of November 30, 2023, the Group has achieved contract sales of approximately RMB 630 million and a contract sales area of about 36,000 square meters.
In the 11 months ended November 30, 2023, the Group achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of about RMB 21.14 billion, and a cumulative contract sales area of about 1,136,000 square meters.
