Glonghui December 20 | China Securities International (00943.HK) announced that on December 20, 2023, the board of directors was notified by Liang Songshan, the company's main shareholder (as defined in listing rules), that on December 20, 2023, Liang Songshan had transferred 2,206,750,364 company shares (approximately 17.21% of the company's current total issued shares) to an independent third party of the company and its related parties (as defined in listing rules) LowThiamHerr. As a result, Liang Songshan's shareholding in the company has declined from 4,233,534,364 shares (equivalent to 33.01% of the company's issued shares) to 2,026,784,000 shares (equivalent to about 15.80% of the company's issued shares). Meanwhile, Low already holds 2,206,750,364 shares (equivalent to about 17.21% of the company's issued shares), so it has become the company's main shareholder.
