(300933.SZ) announced that, based on optimism about the development prospects of intelligent computing power services and related business fields, Zhongchen Cable Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Xinglin Technology Co., Ltd. (“Starlink Technology”) signed an “Investment Agreement”. The two sides agreed to jointly fund the establishment of a joint venture. The registered capital of the joint venture was RMB 11 million, of which the company pledged 7.7 million yuan, accounting for 70% of the total investment; Xinglin Technology pledged an investment of 3.3 million yuan, accounting for 30% of the total investment. At the same time, the board of directors authorized the company's management to handle the industrial and commercial registration of the above joint venture company in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations.
After careful evaluation, the company decided to select the “deductive computing power” segment from a wide range of large computing power industries as the main business direction of the joint venture to be established this time. Inference computing power business, that is, computing power “new infrastructure” resources and various value-added services necessary for intelligent reasoning and analysis, is based on large models that have passed training and deep learning, new data is imported into the model and adjusted for the specific requirements of different vertical industries or application scenarios, thereby deducing corresponding correct conclusions and outputting effective feedback with low latency and high reliability to users, so that the results of various model training can be smoothly applied to the end consumer market.
