According to the Zhitong Finance App, Weicheng International Holdings (08107) announced that all conditions for the placement project have been met, and the placement was completed on December 20, 2023. The placed shares will be placed and issued to not less than six contractors at the placement price of HK$5.20 per placed share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. The net proceeds from the placement transactions (after deduction of placement commissions and other expenses on placement matters) are approximately HK$17.8 million and will be used as the general working capital of the Group.
