Sanai Health Group (01889) issued a notice. Regarding the lawsuit, as disclosed in the previous announcement, the company appealed the judgment to the Beijing Higher People's Court on January 22, 2021. The company has just received a civil ruling dated December 18, 2023, issued by the Beijing Higher People's Court on appeal.
According to civil rulings (among others), the ruling of Beijing No. 4 Intermediate People's Court was rejected; and the case was sent back to the Intermediate People's Court for retrial.
The company is currently seeking legal advice on the civil ruling and will publish a separate announcement on further developments in due course in accordance with the listing rules.
