Baiyunshan (00874.HK) announced that on December 19, 2023, the board of directors approved the Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Fund to invest no more than RMB 690 million to participate in the establishment of the Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Venture Capital Fund, and agreed that Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Fund will sign a partnership agreement with Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Capital and the Industrial Investment Special Parent Fund. On the same day, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Fund signed a partnership agreement with Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Capital and the Industrial Investment Special Parent Fund.

Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Venture Capital Fund plans to register in Guangzhou, China to engage in equity investment, investment management, asset management, venture capital, etc., focusing mainly on equity investment in the biomedical and health sector.
