According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sanai Health Group (01889) issued an announcement. Regarding the lawsuit, as disclosed in the previous announcement, the company filed an appeal against the judgment with the Beijing Higher People's Court on January 22, 2021. The company has just received a civil ruling dated December 18, 2023, issued by the Beijing Higher People's Court on appeal.
According to the civil ruling (among others), the ruling of Beijing No. 4 Intermediate People's Court was rejected; and the case was sent back to the Intermediate People's Court for retrial.
The company is currently seeking legal advice on the civil ruling and will publish a separate announcement on further developments in due course in accordance with the listing rules.
