Glonghui December 18丨Tianmai Technology (300807.SZ) announced that Mr. Guo Jianguo, the controlling shareholder of the company, signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” with Shanghai Xuanding Asset Management Co., Ltd. (representing Xuanding Boyin Private Equity Investment Fund) on December 17, 2023. Mr. Guo Jianguo has held 3,850,000 unrestricted tradable shares of the company (accounting for 5.66% of the company's total share capital), at a price of 25.55 yuan/share, to Xuanding Boyin Private Equity Investment Fund through an agreement transfer. Mr. Guo Jianguo held 21,439,680 shares of the company after the equity change, accounting for 31.51% of the total share capital; Xuanding Boyin Private Equity Investment Fund held 3,850,000 shares of the company after this change in equity, accounting for 5.66% of the total share capital.
