(a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Qianhai Zhongbao Industrial Private Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.), Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. (representing “Shandong Trust Deshan Qijia”) “No. 815 Wealth Inheritance Property Trust” and “Shandong Trust · Deshan Qijia No. 920 Wealth Inheritance Property Trust”) jointly signed the “Guangdong Zhongbao Jiayun Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Agreement”.

The fund mainly carries out the operation and management of hotel property projects through equity investments in commercial/hotel management companies and other investments permitted by applicable law, and through such companies and/or their subsidiary project companies.
