Gelonghui, December 18, 丨 Dongxing Healthcare (301290.SZ) announced that the company held a general manager's office meeting on December 15, 2023, and agreed that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Dongxing Huamei Medical Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. (“Dongxing Huamei”) will use its own capital of 11.138 million yuan to acquire its holding subsidiary Mitutoyo Dongxing Medical Equipment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (“Mitutoyo Dongxing” or “joint venture”), the minority shareholder of BenQ Mitutaka Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Mitutoyo Mitutoyo” or “joint venture”) 40% of the shares. After the acquisition is completed, Mitutoyo East Star will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of East Star Huamei.
