Hengtou Securities (01476) announced that on December 16, 2023, the Group and the lessor Financial Street West Central Real Estate entered into a lease agreement. Based on this, the Group agreed to lease the property from the lessor for a period of 60 months from December 16, 2023 to December 15, 2028 (including the first and last two days).
The property is rooms C515, C517 and C519, 5th floor, Block C, Tongtai Building, No. 33 Financial Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, China.
Since 2015, the Group has been leasing a number of properties and parking spaces in Beijing from contacts of the Xicheng District State-owned Assets Administration Commission for the Group's offices and/or business purposes. After the relevant lease agreement expires, in order to prevent the Group's business from being unnecessarily hindered, the Group concluded a lease agreement with the lessor on December 16, 2023.
