Zhitong Finance App News, VISION DEAL-Z (07827) issued an announcement on matters relating to the company's proposed merger with Quwan Group. As far as mergers and acquisitions of special purpose acquisition companies are concerned, the successor company will be treated as a new listing applicant according to section 14.54 of the listing rules.
On December 15, 2023, the successor company submitted a new listing application to the Stock Exchange in accordance with the requirements for new listing applicants contained in Chapter 9 of the listing rules to approve the listing and trading of the successor company's shares and inheriting the company's listing warrants.
The application version of the Vision Deal circular (the application version, which also forms the listing document of the successor company) is expected to be viewed and downloaded from the Stock Exchange website. The application version contains (among others) certain business and financial information relating to the target group.
