(“Tianjin Xinneng”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to transfer 10.42% of its shares held by some minority shareholders of Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. (“Tianjin Maolian”). Tianjin Xinneng each transferred the pledged capital of Tianjin Maolian of 8.302,500 million yuan held by the minority shareholder Zhang Renzeng, accounting for 0.94% of the total registered capital of Tianjin Maolian; and the pledged capital of Tianjin Maolian of 83.6824 million yuan held by minority shareholder Sun Jiawei for 108 million yuan, accounting for 9.47% of the total registered capital of Tianjin Maolian.
