Zhitong Finance App News, Hezong Technology (300477.SZ) announced that Tianjin Xinneng Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (“Tianjin Xinneng”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to transfer 10.42% of its shares held by some minority shareholders of Tianjin Maolian Technology Co., Ltd. (“Tianjin Maolian”). Tianjin Xinneng each transferred the pledged capital of Tianjin Maolian of 8.302,500 million yuan held by the minority shareholder Zhang Renzeng, accounting for 0.94% of the total registered capital of Tianjin Maolian; and the pledged capital of Tianjin Maolian of 83.6824 million yuan held by minority shareholder Sun Jiawei for 108 million yuan, accounting for 9.47% of the total registered capital of Tianjin Maolian. The source of funds for the above transaction consideration was Tianjin Xinneng's own or self-raised funds.

According to reports, Tianjin Maolian currently mainly uses nickel hydroxide, copper and cobalt sulfide, nickel cobalt sulfide, copper and cobalt alloys, etc. as raw materials to produce cobalt sulfate, nickel sulfate, electrolytic nickel, and No. 1 standard copper through a high-pressure leaching wet smelting process. The cobalt sulfate and nickel sulfate it produces are mainly used to produce ternary precursors, which help improve the company's ternary materials industry layout; Tianjin Maolian currently has certain technical reserves in lithium battery recycling and aluminum electrolytes lithium extraction. As production and sales of new energy vehicles continue to grow, new energy vehicles are also being scrapped every year on the market Growth. Lithium battery recycling technology will help the company develop lithium battery recycling business. Aluminum electrolyte lithium extraction technology mainly recycles waste from electrolytic aluminum plants and lithium from electrolytes, which also helps to further expand the product range.
