On December 15, Greenway (002875.SZ) announced that Shenzhen Annell Technology Co., Ltd. (“Annell Technology”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Henan Radio and Television Media Holding Group Digital Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (“Henan Media Digital”) signed a “Procurement Contract for Computing Platform Projects” with a contract amount of 974653.18 million yuan, mainly providing equipment and software related to its computing power platform project. At the same time, Annell Technology and Shenzhen Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (“Innovation Technology”) signed a “Procurement Contract” with a contract amount of 88,7187.86 million yuan, mainly for the procurement of equipment and software needed to build a computing power platform. In this transaction, Arnell Technology took on the role of equipment and software procurement agent for the computing power platform project.
