According to the news, Haichang Ocean Park announced that the group recently signed a non-legally binding memorandum of cooperation with the Saudi Arabian Tourism Development Fund (“TDF”) and plans to cooperate in developing the Haichang Ocean Park project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with Saudi Arabia's tourism strategy.
The board of directors believes that this cooperation marks important progress in the group's benchmark “going overseas” project, the Saudi Arabian Sea Cultural Tourism Comprehensive Project, and is of great strategic significance in the company's internationalization process.
