Gelonghui, December 14|Junyi Global Finance (08350.HK) announced that on December 14, 2023, the board of directors approved the appointment of Xu Wenxia and Guan Jianwen as executive directors, and Yang Zicheng, Wu Hongru and Li Jun as independent non-executive directors. The company's executive directors, Pan Guohua, Li Meizhen, and Cai Jing; the company's non-executive director, Lin Jiatai; and the company's independent non-executive directors, Qian Jinxiang and Siu Miaowen, resigned as directors of the Medal of Honor due to a change in the company's control on November 16, 2023. Pan Guohua will resign as Chairman of the Board, and Xu Wenxia (to be appointed as Executive Director on December 14, 2023) will also be appointed as Chairman of the Board, effective December 14, 2023. The board of directors announced that Pan Guohua will resign as CEO of the company, and that Guan Jianwen (to be appointed as Executive Director on December 14, 2023) will also be appointed as CEO, effective December 14, 2023.
