On December 14, Gelonghui Technology (002610.SZ) announced that the company has now achieved 3.2 GWHJT battery, 0.8 GWPERC battery production capacity and 10.4 GW module production capacity through the layout of four high-efficiency solar cell module production bases in Suzhou, Jiangsu, Ganzhou, Jiangxi, Huzhou, Zhejiang, and Zhoushan, Zhejiang. Up to now, the company's current order for HJT components is about 2.95GW, and the company's own HJT battery production capacity cannot meet the order requirements. According to the company's strategic plan, the wholly-owned subsidiary Ganzhou Aikang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (“Ganzhou Aikang Optoelectronics” for short) plans to invest in the construction of a 4.6 GWHJT battery production project. The project plans to invest a total fixed asset investment of 2.1 billion yuan (in addition to the main equipment, all fixed asset investments such as land, civil construction and mechanical and electrical facilities have been completed), adding 1 new 600MW and 5 800MWHJT battery production lines. The current production plan is to expand production through sales. Based on market and customer demand forecasts and in-hand order conditions, production capacity is increased line by order in batches. The specific completion time is consistent with the increase in orders from the market. The company plans to complete the entry of the main equipment for the first HJT battery production line in January 2024.
