In order to optimize the capital structure of Lugang Internet (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“Lugang Internet) Co., Ltd. (“Lugang Internet”), a subsidiary in the film and television sector, it was agreed that the company would increase capital to Lugang Internet by RMB 194 million through debt-for-equity swaps. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Lugang Internet will increase from the current RMB 100 million to RMB 294 million. Lugang Internet will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
