Qiansheng Group Holdings (08475) announced that on December 8, 2023, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with EasyStation (Zhejiang) Operation and Management Co., Ltd. (EasyStation Zhejiang) (together with the company as various parties) to establish a memorandum of understanding on the potential investment or other potential cooperation of the relevant company in EasyStation Zhejiang.
According to the Memorandum of Understanding, after further discussion and consultation between the parties, the parties may enter into a further agreement setting out the terms and conditions of the proposed investment and cooperation. As of the date of the Memorandum of Understanding, no significant terms or forms of business cooperation have been determined, nor have the parties entered into a legally binding agreement on cooperation. The Board believes that it is in the interest of the company to explore investment opportunities from time to time to expand its existing business portfolio and engage in new business operations with growth potential, as well as expand its revenue streams. The directors believe the move is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders.
