On December 13, 2023, Wu Feizhou, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” with Huachuang Yunxin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (“Huachuang Yunxin”) and Yunxin Digital Network (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. (“Yunxin Investment”). Wu Feizhou plans to transfer his 16.6 million shares of Stacey (5.01% of the total share capital) to Yunxin Investment.
According to reports, Yunxin Investment is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huachuang Yunxin. After the share transfer is completed, Huachuang Yunxin will directly and indirectly hold 8.5932 million shares of Stacey (accounting for 25.70% of the total share capital).
