- Naturgy Energy (OTCPK:GASNF) (OTCPK:GASNY) hired investment bank Morgan Stanley to evaluate a possible sale of the Spanish energy company’s Australian assets, the Expansión newspaper reported Tuesday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
- The assets belong to Naturgy’s (OTCPK:GASNF) (OTCPK:GASNY) Global Power Generation unit, which runs renewable power plants in eight countries, and are valued about 4 billion Australian dollars ($2.62 billion), the newspaper reported.
