According to the Zhitong Finance App, Rong Wanjia (02146) announced that Zhitong Minghui has resigned as the authorized company representative (agent for legal procedure documents) representing the company in Hong Kong in accordance with section 19A.13 (2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited stock listing rules and section 16 of the “Companies Ordinance” of Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws, with effect from December 13, 2023. Chung Ming Fai will continue to serve as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company in accordance with section 3.05 of the listing rules after ceasing to act as agent for legal process documents.
In addition, Liu Jingrui has been appointed as agent for legal process documents, effective December 13, 2023.
