Simply Wall St ·  Dec 13, 2023 05:26

We wouldn't blame HF Sinclair Corporation (NYSE:DINO) shareholders if they were a little worried about the fact that Vaishali Bhatia, the Executive VP recently netted about US$1.0m selling shares at an average price of US$54.24. That sale reduced their total holding by 44% which is hardly insignificant, but far from the worst we've seen.

Insiders own 0.3% of HF Sinclair shares, worth about US$34m. We've certainly seen higher levels of insider ownership elsewhere, but these holdings are enough to suggest alignment between insiders and the other shareholders.
