According to the Zhitong Finance App, TL NATURAL GAS (08536) announced that since the conditions under the placement agreement were not met on or before December 12, 2023, the placement agreement expired on December 12, 2023. Under the placement agreement, all obligations and liabilities of the contracting party in respect of the placement will cease and end, and no contracting party shall bring any claim to the other party in respect of the placement matter other than in case of prior breach of contract.
The directors believe that the failure of the placement will not have any significant adverse impact on the Group's current business operations and financial position.
