It is reported that the seller, Jinsheng Marine Inc., is a ship-owning company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinhui Shipping, and a subsidiary of the company in which the company has approximately 55.69% of interest as of the date of this announcement. The ship is called “JIN SHENG” and is a Hong Kong-registered bulk carrier with a carrying capacity of 52.05 million tonnes.
