The “Haifeng 688” ship operated by the company's shipping project department has reached 30 years of age. Currently, the ship's equipment is aging and ship maintenance costs are high, so continued operation will further increase losses. In order to eliminate potential safety hazards and reduce costs and expenses, the company plans to publicly list and dispose of the “Haifeng 688” ship after in-depth analysis and research, taking into account the existing capacity and the current situation of the “Haifeng 688” ship.
The company plans to publicly dispose of the valuation value of US$4.2972 million (net book value of US$4,049 million on August 31, 2023, value-added rate of 6.13%) with the evaluation base date of August 31, 2023. The listing price shall not be less than 90% of the assessed value, and the final transaction price shall be based on the actual delisting price.
