On December 11, Gelonghui (301077.SZ) announced that on December 11, 2023, the company held the 16th meeting of the third board of directors to deliberate and pass the “Proposal on Investing in the Construction of a Reflective Material Production Project with an Annual Output of 61 million square meters”, agreeing that the wholly-owned Sun Company Zhejiang Fuwei Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (“Fuwei Electronics” for short) will use its own capital and self-financing to invest in the construction of a “reflective material production project with an annual output of 61 million square meters”. The project plans to invest a total of RMB 330 million, which is ultimately based on actual investment and construction conditions.
