Gelonghui International (03828.HK) announced on December 11 | Minghui International (03828.HK) announced that on December 11, 2023, MFEC and Teng Xun (both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company) signed a 2024 lease agreement with the landholding company. Accordingly, the landholding company agreed to lease leased land and property to MFEC and Teng Xun in accordance with the terms and conditions of their respective agreements.
The leased land and properties include land and buildings located in Kampong Speu Province, Samroung Tong District, Cambodia, which is used by the Group as its operating premises. The 2024 lease agreement will take effect on January 1, 2024, and expire on December 31, 2025.
