Dinos Environmental (01452) announced that on October 25, 2023, the lessor (Yongying Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.) and the lessee (Beijing Denos Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.) entered into a financial lease agreement. The lessee agreed to sell the leased assets to the lessor at a cost of RMB 5 million; and the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets back to the lessee for a period of 24 months, with a total lease payment of about RMB 5.3629 million, including the principal amount of financial leasing of RMB 5 million and financial lease interest of RMB 362,900.
According to reports, the leased assets are grade 1/2 drying and roasting mesh belt kiln equipment, honeycomb catalyst electric heating mesh belt calcination furnaces, electric heating mesh belt type hot air drying ovens, and single-station feed quantitative coating machines and automated production line supporting systems.
